The Polish Data Center Association (PLDCA) faced the challenge of transitioning from the role of a classic industry organization to an institution of influence that moderates the narrative about digital infrastructure in Poland and Europe. Our goal was to build the organization's authority as the voice of the DC sector in Poland, a source of data for media and business, and to position Poland as an attractive alternative to the saturated FLAP-D markets in an era of growing AI demands and computing power deficits in Europe.

From the very beginning, our activities were based on a deep understanding of business processes and supporting the development of the sector through hard data and insights. 

We involved PLDCA in a broad debate on scaling AI, the strategic role of critical infrastructure, as well as digital and energy security.

The time of many commercial buildings from the '90s and '00s is coming to an end. They are becoming non-functional. STRABAG Real Estate is demolishing iconic buildings - the Atrium International office building and the Plaza Gallery. They will be replaced by modern projects. The PR actions undertaken guide the public opinion through the first, most shocking phase of the changes.

The Insight-as-a-service model became the foundation of communication, allowing PLDCA to monopolize key market messages. The central element of the data-driven strategy was the Ecosystem Guide Poland – the first comprehensive study of the Polish data center value chain.

An important pillar was also the long-term communication partnership for the most important event of the sector in Poland – Gateway Poland. Linkleaders has supported this event since its first edition, building its scale and the impact of the PLDCA ecosystem as a platform for dialogue between business and decision-makers. Our tasks:

  • B2B communication and business relations consulting 

  • Positioning PLDCA experts as the primary source of knowledge for media and business.

  • Building a dynamic, expert presence on LinkedIn, which became the main channel for distributing insights.

  • Active communication support for events that connect the local perspective with the global investment market.

Communication strategy for Nowy Saski aiming to reach real estate agents and companies headquartered in the center of Warsaw, based on 3 main pillars:

  • Digital campaign on LinkedIn using video content

  • ESG - solutions and certifications

  • Design - offices like hotel lobbies

  • Showroom - presentation of a range of solutions

Communication strategy for Nowy Saski aiming to reach real estate agents and companies headquartered in the center of Warsaw, based on 3 main pillars:

  • Digital campaign on LinkedIn using video content

  • ESG – solutions and certifications

  • Design – offices like hotel lobbies

  • Showroom – presentation of a spectrum of solutions

  • Scaling the organization, a European leader. PLDCA is currently (as of 2026) the fastest-growing DC organization in Europe. In 2025 and the first half of 2026, the number of new PLDCA members increased by more than 150%.

  • Exponential growth in event scale. The flagship conference Gateway Poland has become an important landmark on the European map – the number of participants in 2026 tripled compared to the first edition.

  • International reach. A significant portion of event participants are foreign guests and investors, which confirms Poland's position as a regional hub.

  • Impact on public debate. Presence in opinion-forming media (including PAP, Rzeczpospolita, Puls Biznesu, Gazeta Wyborcza, XYZ, Strefa Biznesu) and industry-specific outlets (including IT-Reseller, ITWiz, CRN, WNP, Wysokie Napięcie). The "Ecosystem Guide" report was downloaded by representatives of over 200 companies and institutions, 72% of whom were recipients from outside PLDCA.

  • Reached 15.4 million Poles and 1,063 free publications. This is a 1376% increase in SRE media visibility compared to 2021.

  • The tone of information is 99% positive or neutral (PSMM).

  • STRABAG Real Estate received an independent Rzeczpospolita award (Real Estate Impactor) for transformation during crisis times.

  • Two silver statuettes in the Golden Clips competition in the Corporate PR and Real Estate, Construction, Home and Interior categories.

  • Reaching 15.4 million Poles and 1,063 free publications. This is a 1376% increase in media visibility for SRE compared to 2021.

  • The tone of information was 99% positive or neutral (PSMM).

  • STRABAG Real Estate awarded an independent prize by Rzeczpospolita (Real Estate Impactor) for transformation during crisis times.
