CTP enters the Polish market in 2021 through a major transaction of purchasing a land portfolio from 7R. The company is the largest owner and developer of logistic and industrial parks in continental Europe in terms of gross leasable area. It operates in 10 CEE countries. However, it is just starting its business here. This requires:

  • building awareness and recognition of CTP,

  • communicating the strength of the group, market plans, and ESG,

  • positioning the company's experts as specialists in the real estate field and creating a completely fresh storytelling,

  • communicating milestones of Polish investments and gaining the trust of the business community.

The time for many commercial buildings from the '90s and '00s is coming to an end. They are becoming non-functional. STRABAG Real Estate is demolishing iconic buildings – the Atrium International office building and Plaza Gallery. They will be replaced by modern projects. The PR efforts guide the public through the initial, most shocking stage of the changes.
