Despite its excellent location, the 20-year-old office building stopped meeting tenants' expectations, hindering the re-commercialization process. The investor planned a building modernization focusing on ESG and design, and we took care of its repositioning: New Saski Crescent = boutique, designer, sustainable office building in the heart of Warsaw.
